Ariba is a SAP company providing online cloud procurement solutions for companies in various industries. Founded in 1996, Ariba is considered one of the pioneers in internet business-to-business transactions. Through Ariba’s software technology, companies are basically given an easier way to purchase things over the internet.

Absolutely free and no cost involved.

Ariba reduces manual and paper-based work, costs and serves as a single point of access for updating company information, providing quotes, sourcing (tender) events and exchanging information in a secure and online environment.

Preferably your key account manager if you are a larger company. Otherwise, if small, any shareholder or director can register. As a supplier, you can add more than one user and assign different roles to each user as required.

Support is available for any issues you may have, including assistance with logging in, forgotten passwords or are experiencing connectivity issues. Please also contact us if you are not sure how to use Ariba, need help to access your Implats profile or assistance with uploading a document.

Once registered you will be visible and discoverable by Implats teams requiring specific goods and services. If required, you will be requested to supply further information. Following a vetting process, if there are no serious risk findings, you will be granted a vendor number and you will become an active vendor.
